Loop & Weft is a Japanese knitwear brand that utilizes organic cotton and vintage knitting machines that are no longer used by modern manufacturers.
Since the tension of the knitting's process is slow, and the quality of the cotton is very high, the end result is an extremely textured and soft fabric.
These factors inspired me to create the brand identity and name.
Since Loop & Weft’s focus is organic cotton and vintage knitting machines, the client chose recycled craft paper and vintage-inspired typography. Single color usage emphasizes the simple narrative.
